Euura triandrae
Formerly known as Pontania triandrae.
Galls of this species are similar to those of Euura proxima and Euura bridgmannii but can be told apart by identifying the specices of willow. I am no botanist but I think the willow this pair of galls was on was Almond Willow Salix triandra. As I'm not strong on willow identification, I have included some photos of the tree below - if you can either confirm or correct me please do.
