Yellow-banded Weak-mark Foldwing Ptychoptera albimana

Apparently the pale basal hind tarsus is diagnostic among the Ptychoptera.

I didn't manage to catch this so good job the photo shows the pale basal tarsomere on the hind legs.

I succeeded in catching this one only to arrive home and find that the lid had come off the pot and it had fled. Fortunately the in-field photos appear to be sufficient to clinch the ID.
