Spiked Shieldbug Picromerus bidens
This species is described as unmistakeable and I suppose it is once you see the projections on the sides of the pronotum, but I have often wondered if I might overlook one among the many Red-legged Shieldbugs (Forest Bugs) Pentatoma rufipes I catch - at a glance these are rather similar.
At least I didn't overlook these two, seen clambering around dyke-side vegetation.
