Damsel bugs (Nabidae)

In 2014, before I had developed any significant insect in bugs, and before I had identified any member of this family at all, even the common species, I discovered a bug in my moth trap. I was on the Cornish coast and most of moths in the trap were migrant species, so I retained the bug in case it too was an interesting migrant. It turned out to be Pale Damsel Bug Nabis capsiformis, a known migrant from southern Europe (and beyond) and was the first British record. My interest in bugs was piqued...

More on the capsiformis, and other species I've encounntered since, to follow in due course...
