Mocydia crocea
The sharply-pointed wings and details of wing venation help separate this from the similar Mocydiopsis species. This individual had an extra cross-vein on its left wing creating a tiny cell about two thirds of the way back one row in from the costa (visible in the photo below). This extra vein was not present on its right wing.
