Adarrus ocellaris
Formerly known as Errastunus ocellaris and is included as such in, for example, the German leafhopper books. Apparently this is a very common species.
This one came to light.
female Adarrus ocellaris, Wendling Beck Environment Project (Norfolk, UK), 27th June 2024
This one was found by suction at the same place as the one above. Its left wing was damaged (unfortunately I didn't realise that when I took the phoots, otherwise I might have tried to get a shot from the other side).
male Adarrus ocellaris showing vertex, clavus, forewing and pygofer, Wendling Beck Environment Project (Norfolk, UK), 30th July 2025
These two were also found by suction and died before I managed to get their photos.
