Olive Spinner Zelleria oleastrella
A rare migrant to the UK.
David caught this first for Norfolk in his garden. He had already worked out what it was but sent me a photo for a second opinion. Although it isn't a species I was familiar with, by chance I had recently seen photos of one and immediately suspected this as being the same (and became more confident about that after a quick check of images of the species online). Although the ID seems fairly safe based on external characters, there are a range of species that are loosely similar and it seemed sensible to confirm it by examining the genitalia.
