Gem Nycterosea obstipata
This species is a scarce migrant visitor here in Norfolk which took me a lot of years of trapping to catch one. When it finally arrived it was a worn faded specimen on its last legs. Given its immenent demise I decided to gen det it, not that I was in much doubt about the ID.

In fact I had seen a fresher one before, but not caught it myself (which doesn't count in my book). This one was caught by David Norgate who kindly showed it to me.
