Toad Rush Case-bearer Coleophora lassella
First recorded in Norfolk in 2018, there have been three further records at the time of writing (including mine here), all in 2022.
It is necessary to examine the genitalia to identify this species.

Judging from the Sussex Moths website this species isn't much commoner there, with the map showing just one dot in East Sussex.
