Lichen Tortrix Acleris literana

Formerly given the vernacular name Lichen Button.

Some individuals have bolder black markings on a plainer green background, but others like my first two are more subtly marked. Still a distinctive creature, and not easy to come by.

This one turned up in my garden moth trap, the first time I've caught one here or anywhere.
