Cyllecoris histrionius
At first I wasn't sure about this ID because all of the photos of the species I could find on British websites showed an orange corium, not black as here, and in most cases paler reddish first segments of the antennae too (black except at the very base here). But in all other respects it looked right so I extended my search. Eventually I found a few photos of one or more similar-looking examples on the Dutch website waarneming.nl.
