Kidney-spot Ladybird Chilocorus renipustulatus

This was one of five found on tree trunks in a wood by a stream, the first time I encountered the species.

These two were on deciduous tree trunks (one an alder) in wet woodland. The first two photos are the same individual and the third is different.
