Tiphia femorata
This was found on Sallow. The ID was fairly straightforward - females are especially easy as the red on the legs is absent from the other Tiphia. The prominent ridges on the sides of the pronotum and puncturing towards the rear of the first gastral tergite were also noted, characters that can also be used for males. This information comes from the RES key to Vespoid wasps.
