Tenthredo notha

I keyed the following one to Tenthredo brevicornis but checked with the county recorder when I read in a different place that males of this species can't be separated. He felt from the photos that it was a better match for Tenthredo notha and referred me to a different key, however unfortunately I mislaid the specimen so was unable to confirm this.
