Lime Flame Chrysolclista linneella

Formerly given the vernacular name Lime Cosmet.

This distinctive species can sometimes be found resting on Lime tree trunks during the daytime. I certainly didn't expect to catch one in my garden moth trap. I don't know where the nearest Lime is but I catch very few lime-feeding moths.

The last two photos below were taken with the TG7 using focus-stacking, which is why the nearest antenna appears to be duplicated.
