Eusphalerum minutum

I keyed this using Mike Hackston's keys. I wasn't entirely sure if the tiny bumps on the head were ocelli or not so followed the key to subfamilies both ways - both routes led to Omaliinae as the key helpfully included another couplet for anyone who had missed the ocelli which it says can be hard to see. Getting it to species was straightforward.
