Stoneflies (Plecoptera)

I've not started adding these systematically yet but as I come across new ones or individuals that have provided ID challenges I will add them in an ad hoc manner. Norfolk isn't the best area for stoneflies so I don't have a great deal of material anyway.

There's an FSC key to families in the AIDGAP series but until late 2022 to get to species you needed the old 1950 RES key. A really good new key has just been published (December 2022) by the Freshwater Biological Association: British and Irish Stoneflies (Plecoptera): Keys to the Adults and Larvae, by Craig R Macadam, Hugh B Feeley and Jason Doe. This is miles better than the old RES key and way easier to use - it is now the essential reference for UK Plecoptera.
