This one confused me slightly as the dark band across the wing was clearly incomplete. However all other characters pointed to cyanocrocea rather than the only other alternative remaining at this point, melanochroa, including the largely orange hind femora. I thought examining the penis valve might help, and indeed it does help eliminate melanochroa, but I can't find any illustrations of cyanocrocea penis valve to compare this to.
