Common Saw-tailed Mottle Tipula scripta
The wing pattern seemed quite unlike any other that I'd noticed on a Tipula before and the thorax pattern also seemed quite unusual. The latter isn't diagnostic and the former is apparently quite similar to a couple of scarcer species too. The dark basal spot was less distinct than it apparently can be on this species, but easy enough to see. The genitalia removed any doubt.
