Tabbed Orange Long-palp Tipula lunata
The little tuft of golden hairs projecting down from sternite 8 separates this from other large orange craneflies.

I've seen several of these in 2023 but I don't recall seeing many of these large orange craneflies before. However it turned out that I had identified one lunata previously, though in hindsight I'm not sure I robustly eliminated the very much less likely peliostigma.
