Orange-legged Boxer Platycheirus fulviventris
Not quite sure why they chose Orange-legged as the vernacular name, rather than yellow-legged as the legs look more yellow than orange to me. Anyway, I used Ball & Morris to confirm it was Platycheirus and then turned to Stubbs & Falk to key it to species. That was fairly straightforward, though I hesitated slightly at the point where I had to judge the colour of tergite 6 (it looked quite dark from above, though not black - from the side it was clearer that it was yellow).
