Twinned Mol Molophilus medius
These keyed to medius fairly straightforwardly. The coxites and styles could be seen without dissection but I desired a clearer view for my first example of the species and clearing it in potassium hydroxide solution did the job. The first one's wing was 4.4mm long.

The second one (caught together with the first) was marginally larger with a wing length of 4.8mm.

Again I wasn't completely convinced I could see the pertinent detail of the coxites on the dried specimen but this became clear after clearing. The wing length was 4.3mm.
