Black-kneed Yellow Twist-tail Cheilotrichia imbuta

This came to light and I attempted to pot it for closer examination after taking these photos. Unfortunately it had other ideas and quickly escaped, so I wasn't able to key it out fully. However, the evident black knees seems to rule out the majority of similar small pale yellowish craneflies, apart from Thaumastoptera calceata. With the wings held together over its body it's difficult to make out much detail of the wing venation, but I think I can see enough detail to eliminate Thaumastoptera. Even if the venation itself isn't clear enough, Thaumastoptera calceata has dark marks on several of the veins which are clearly visible in all photos I've seen of that species (more so in some than others, but always evident).
