Ribautiana ulmi

The first clue to this leafhopper's identity was that it was taken off Elm. At 3.85mm long it was larger than the other Ribautiana species I'd seen before, and also differs in having the pair of dark spots on the vertex and one at the front of the pronotum.

I didn't think this one was going to be ulmi because it didn't have the pair of spots on the vertex which this species normally shows, although it did show the dark spot at the front of the pronotum. The dark spots on the tibia made me wonder if it could be scalaris but the genitalia proved it was ulmi after all.
