Ligurian Leafhopper Eupteryx decemnotata
I'm not sure how widely the vernacular name shown here is used - it isn't used on any British references I've come across but is used on some American websites and also the Dutch app ObsIdentify. Apparently this species has expanded its range significantly in recent years, reaching the UK in 2002.
This is one of several very similar species of Eupteryx and is especially close to Eupteryx melissae. The pattern of the spots on the vertex is the key feature to check, variable in both species but typically forming three pairs of spots on decemnotata. The male genitalia are also distinctive, but so far I've only caught females. Both of my records have been attracted to light.
On this individual the three spots on each side of the centre of the vertex are joined.

On this individual the spots on the vertex are more clearly separated.
