Baeopelma foersteri
Previously known as Psylla foersteri but now placed in the genus Baeopelma. It is also sometimes written Baeopelma försteri.
This was found by Graham Moates on Alder. He took the specimen to confirm the ID so my photos are in-pot, though you can see the long terminalia and long antennae which characterise this species.

It wasn't too long before I found more, both females swept from alder at a (slightly) different location. These are fairly large psyllids but unlike Psylla alni (which was present in higher numbers on the same alders) the wing veins are paler and the membranes darker. Also the terminalia, though long on both species, is obviously concave on foersteri and in a close view shows a serrated dorsal surface in the apical half-or-so.
