Agallia consobrina
One of the important characters of this species (differentiating it from others in the genus) is the texture of the pronotum. This is described as "shagreened (with bobbles on)" versus striolate in the other species. Well I'm not sure about bobbles, but it certainly wasn't striolate, and it looks pretty much like other photos of consobrina online.
