Trixagus dermestoides
Apparently the commonest member of the genus in Norfolk.
Like the previous Trixagus I recorded, I found it very difficult to see the detail of the eye division. Maybe I need to upgrade the lighting for my microscope, but in the end I had to resort to clearing the head in potassium hydroxide solution in order to be sure I was seeing it right. Even then I was glad that it was a male so I could confirm with the aedeagus.
