Olibrus pygmaeus
Although I recognised this as resembling a Phalacrid it was so much smaller than any I'd seen before (1.25mm long) I suspected it might be something else and keyed it to family first. The pair of sutural striae were weaker than on other Olibrus I've seen but it keyed to pygmaeus pretty straightforwardly. Even so it was reassuring to be able to confirm this by looking at the aedeagus.
