Wasp Nest Beetle Metoecus paradoxus
In many ways similar to a beetle in the family Mordellidae but with its feathery antennae, long gangly legs and habit of moving around with its wings apart it is quite fly-like in appearance. There don't appear to be a huge number of records in Norfolk.
This was found in my garden moth trap.
