Laccophilus minutus
At 4.6mm long, lacking a visible scutellum and clearly having 5 tarsal segments on its fore and mid tarsi, this keyed quite easily to Laccophilus. The size and absence of a stridulatory file on the hind coxae identified it as minutus. Most photos of this species I found online seemed to show paler and more strongly-patterned elytra but these are variable.

This one was also 4.6mm long and keyed to Laccophilus easily. The area where there should have been a stridulatory file had it been Laccophilus hyalinus wasn't entirely smooth (as Duff says it should be for minutus), but neither was there anything resembling a stridulatory file. Hackston descibes additional differences including in the microsculpture of the head and I think these supported the ID as minutus. The pattern on the elytra was much easier to see when an elytron was detached and viewed backlit.
