Sunshining Seed-eater Harpalus affinis
I find it very hard to see the punctures on the third elytral intervals in this species. One is often clear close to the apex but any others (they can have up to three per interval apparently) seem rather elusive. On the odd occasion that I have managed to see another puncture it wasn't matched on the other elytron.
