Larder Beetle Dermestes lardarius
These three were all found indoors prior to us putting a bird cage on the chimney pot and I suspect these beetles orignated from birds that had fallen down the chimney and died. The two November records were found by the fireplace shortly after the chimney sweep had visited and removed three bird corpses.
