Lathbury's Nomad Bee Nomada lathburiana
I used Steven Falk's field guide to bees to identify this and pretty much everything checked out fine for Lathbury's. I wasn't sure the thoracic pile was particularly long but it says that's only when fresh so I don't think that's a problem.
