Yellow-billed Duck Anas undulata
A species of southern and eastern Africa. This species may be found in wildfowl collections and sometimes hybridises, e.g. with Mallard Anas platyrhynchos.
The northern subspecies ruppellii apparently differs from the nominate undulata in having narrower pale fringes to the feathers, deeper yellow bill and bluer speculum. It's supposed to occur north from Kenya so I assume all the following belong to the nominate form.
